Anomaly Detection in Satellite Telemetry

Mission Operations Technology Group of GSOC, DLR
The operation of satellites requires engineers to deal with a wide range of information. The state of health of satellites is to be evaluated on the basis of tens of thousands of telemetry parameters and in case of failure the appropriate reaction is to be selected from several hundred flight control procedures. At GSOC we develop modern tools to support the operators with a skillful presentation of satellite information. The presentation will give an overview of the current status and way forward of our visual telemetry data analysis framework ViDa and the Automated Telemetry Health Monitoring Systems ATHMoS.
